BAIN HISTORY

Bain windows as it was then was founded in BURGH -ON -BAIN by its previous owners in 1982 , and on his retirement in 1995 the Sweeney family business aquired the company and changed the corporate image and indeed the name to Bain windows & Conservatories.

A business strategy was formed to service the Louth and District and the whole of the Lincolnshire county with a range of windows & doors and conservatories installed by a family oriented business using the best PVCU products available to date.

The window and door systems we use are mostly manufactured bv the German extrusion company REHAU a well known company through out the world for quality and reliability and market leading innovations and ideas. As the Bain business is a registered FENSA member the REHAU system meets all the required criteria under the current building control regulations.

The company also installs a comprehensive range of conservatories and sun-lounges using the REHAU window system and roofs from ULTRAFRAME. We chose ultraframe for its vast knowledge and experience in building conservatory roofs and its attention to detail down to the last nut and bolt . Ultraframe have all the accreditation to date for they are the market leaders and designers world wide in conservatory roof manufacture.

But this is only part of what Bain can do: we offer a full package which includes all foundation work and brickwork built by our own time served bricklayers. A choice of Floor finishes. all electrics fans /lights /air con units. A choice of lass to be fitted. We take into consideration the aspect of the conservatory as to what would be the most appropriate glass to use. A full decorative glass service is also available for the most discerning client, all fitted by our fully experienced fitting staff.

The company has come along way since 1995 through steady and planned expansion the company is looking to the future and is currently having new- showrooms and storage facilities built close by.

But we will remain focused as to what Bain Windows & conservatories is all about, a family oriented business serving the local community and Lincolnshire.
